The California Quality Collaborative (CQC) has released evaluation findings from its Equity and Quality at Independent Practices in Los Angeles County (EQuIP-LA) initiative, showing statistically significant improvements in quality of care among participating independent practices serving Medi-Cal patients.
EQuIP-LA supported independent practices in advancing equity-centered primary care through community-driven quality improvement. The initiative generated practical tools and real-world strategies that teams can use to design equity-focused projects and strengthen care delivery.
The EQuIP-LA Initiative’s final convening brought together participants and partners to share reflections on their transformation journeys, celebrate the many connections formed and recognize the achievement of our North Star.
