Maria G. Segoviano

Maria Segoviano is Community Health Manager for Sutter Health’s Greater Sacramento Division within External Affairs, managing partnerships and community investments across Yolo, Amador, Yuba, Sutter, and supporting Placer, Sacramento, Del Norte, and parts of Solano counties. Previously, she was Director of Development & Communications at Yolo Food Bank, leading fundraising, communications, and strategic initiatives. She co-led and was principal author of the landmark Yolo County Food Access Survey and helped launch a Sutter Health–funded program delivering culturally relevant, nutritious foods to agricultural workers and their families. Earlier, at the Crocker Art Museum, she served as Spanish-language spokesperson and co-founded the Museum’s first Diversity, Equity, Accessibility & Inclusion (DEAI) committee. Maria holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from California State University, Sacramento, is a Creciente Latinx Leadership graduate, and serves on the Yuba Sutter Healthcare Council & Foundation and Yolo Community Foundation board.
