Kayt Norris is the Director of Initiatives and Grant-Funded Programs at Futuro Health, where she leads a portfolio of workforce initiatives in partnership with philanthropy, government agencies, and health plans. She is a strategic program leader with 20 years of experience designing and scaling innovative, high-impact initiatives across education, workforce development, healthcare, and long-term care.
