EQuIP-LA supported independent practices in advancing equity-centered primary care through community-driven quality improvement. The initiative generated practical tools and real-world strategies that teams can use to design equity-focused projects and strengthen care delivery.

The BHI-CYCLE Toolkit was developed from a statewide collaborative to help providers integrate behavioral health into pediatric primary care. The toolkit highlights seven key areas and features case studies from providers across California.
