Dolores Yanagihara

Dolores Yanagihara is General Manager of Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) programs for Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) and has been with IHA for over 20 years. She oversees overall program strategy and execution, including AMP Core provider accountability programs, AMP Pulse insights and interactive reporting, and AMP Ignite innovation projects such as California Advanced Primary Care Initiative (CAPCI). Dolores has a track record for building consensus among stakeholders to create/expand/enhance programs related to performance improvement, transparency, and incentives alignment. Leveraging a deep understanding of the California healthcare landscape and data, she builds partnerships across the industry to use IHA’s multi-payer claims database for analyses, measurement, and payment initiatives to advance healthcare value and produce meaningful and actionable insights. Dolores earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health from University of Hawaii. She also served in the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
