Proven Impact

• CQC led the development of two health equity issue briefs, conducting interviews with subject matter experts to focus on the strategic use of REaL data and equitable payment models.
• In collaboration with the Integrated Healthcare Association and major California health care purchasers including Covered California and CalPERS, CQC initiated the Advanced Primary Care Measurement Pilot in January 2022. This effort assessed patient experience and outcomes to drive improvements in primary care delivery, influencing over 42% of California’s population.
• As part of the CalHIVE Telehealth & Virtual Care improvement collaborative, CQC produced a comprehensive report detailing barriers to effective resource sharing between health plans and providers, aimed at enhancing telehealth services across the state.
