Brynn Rubinstein

Brynn Rubinstein is a maternal and women’s health systems strategist with nearly twenty years of experience working at the intersection of care delivery, payment, and public policy. She partners with health systems, payers, nonprofits, and collaboratives to translate maternal health priorities into durable, real-world change.

Her work focuses on closing the gap between evidence and adoption, such as aligning clinical practice, financing structures, and operational realities so that care models can succeed at scale. Her experience spans implementation and systems change, with a focus on access, equity, and outcomes shaped by how systems are designed and financed.

Her clients currently include the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC), Primary Maternity Care, and the California Quality Collaborative (CQC). She holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MPH from Columbia University.
