Overview

The Improving Physician-Patient Communication Teleconference Series is a two-part teleconference series that supports organizations seeking to improve the patient experience through the development of an effective physician-patient communication training program.

Status

Two teleconferences are scheduled as follows:

• Teleconference #1 - Monday, September 13, 2010 - 12:00 - 1:30 pm
• Teleconference #2 - Tuesday, September 21, 2010 - 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Registration fee for this teleconference series is $150 per organization (no limit to # of lines used within your organization)
