Overview

Based on a first of its kind look at high performers in the patient experience, this webinar summarizes the practices of eight organizations that have scored in the top percentiles over time on California’s Patient Assessment Survey (PAS) survey.  Based on a series of interviews in 2010 with high-performing medical groups and IPAs in California, CQC’s Giovanna Giuliani co-authored a paper for the California Healthcare Foundation that synthesizes common strategies and areas of focus among the high-performing interviewees.  This webinar will bring to life the common strategies described in the paper, which may be downloaded here
