Overview

This three-part IHI web-based program provided a framework to begin testing ways to reduce avoidable visits to the ED. Read more about the program by clicking here.

Participants were onsite with other groups, which gave them the opportunity to learn from and network with individuals who were working on the same problem using the same framework. After each web conference, CQC facilitated a discussion about the call and steps to take during the action period.

Status

This program consisted of three sessions in May and June of 2010, located in San Bernardino and Oakland. Registration is now closed.
