OverviewJoin us for this webinar to learn more about Monarch HealthCare's office staff incentive program, "Butterfly Rewards". Dr. Mike Weiss, Medical Director of Quality and Performance Improvement, will describe Monarch's approach to developing their office staff incentive program, which engages physician practices on key elements of the patient experience, clinical care, office efficiency and engagement with the IPA. Dr. Weiss will discuss the overall structure of their program, describe improvements they have made since the program was first implemented in 2009 and offer tips on how to roll out a similar program.
