Optimizing Performance Series (OPS)Managing Change in the Physician OfficeQuality isn't just a managed care trend – it's an industry trend. To go from good to great, physician groups need to support change in the doctor's office. Organizational survival is at stake. Most of the leading provider groups in California are gaining control of their data to self-report in Pay for Performance and to provide feedback reports to their physicians. Many are also using the measures of P4P to create physician level incentives. However, to go from good to great, physician groups need to support change in the doctor's office. The OPS CurriculumOPS is a 5-day training over 5 months to help groups do the right things in the right way. Coursework will focus on the right things:

CostCost is based on total HMO enrollment and covers up to 6 participants. Each team is responsible for travel and lodging expenses.
