Optimizing EHR Implementation

Optimizing EHR Implementation is a two-part course designed for physician group leaders planning for EMR Purchase and Implementation.

Sign up for one part, or both:

  • If you have NOT selected a vendor, we recommend you participate in Part 1. The course is scheduled so that you can continue with Part 2 - the on-site session in southern California and 3 additional teleconferences.
  • If you HAVE selected a vendor, consider Part 2 to learn from implementation consultants and leading IPAs and Groups to assure your implementation is successful.
