Quality isn't just a managed care trend – its an industry trend. Physician groups, IPAs and MSOs can go from good to great by learning best practices to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, and the best ways to implement them in their own organizations.

Join the Inland Quality Collaborative

Commit to implementation goals over 10 months in either patient experience or clinical IT, and in return, you receive consulting from experts and leading physician groups on how to reach your goals.

What You Give

  • Attend 3 half-day sessions, following regional CAPG meetings in Riverside at the Mission Inn: April 18th, August 1st and November 7th
  • Set goals in either patient satisfaction or clinical IT, these should be goals top management has set for your organization already, not new ones
  • Attend 1-hour teleconferences monthly

Cost

The Inland Quality Collaborative is FREE for groups that contract with physicians in Riverside or San Bernardino counties
